
Dynamic Phrasing, initiated 15 years ago by Maciej Kuźmiński, involves engaging with our body’s diversity and gravity through rigorous exercises and a passion for movement. This method, comprising five pillars—Loop, movement research, phrases & repertoire, floor work, and Task Basket re-composition—aims to push the body’s limits and uncover its core essence. It enhances dancers’ versatility, fostering a broad dance language with varied rhythms and powerful, flowing movements.

Why 5 Pillars?
Dynamic Phrasing is a holistic movement method organized into five pillars that support clear, focused learning. Blending somatics, martial arts, contemporary dance, and release techniques, it cultivates efficiency, adaptability, and expressive movement.
The pillars – Floor Work, Isolation, Flow, Strength & Efficiency, and Expression – develop grounding, control, continuity, sustainable power, and authentic expression.
I am a certificated Dynamic Phrasing teacher for all five pillars.
